Cold Weather Exercise

It may be almost winter, but we still need to stay hydrated and get some exercise and vitamin D. For those of us lucky enough to still see the sun rise through the clouds and not have to shovel our walkways full of snow each morning, let's remember to still get out of the house and move! Bundle up and feel the crisp, clear air of fall and get some small bit of sunshine on your face. Your body will thank you.
