With so much change in the air, many of you have found yourselves in heart-to-heart conversations with friends and loved ones lately. And frequently these talks evolve in the same direction: with someone asking you what you would do in their shoes. How would you handle the changes in relationships, in the work place, at home?
At that point, it's easy to feel uncomfortable and worry about the huge responsibility involved. What if you give the wrong advice?
What's important to realize here is that your loved ones are usually not really looking for the answers from you. They may want some feedback to consider, but they're going to follow their own path regardless of what you say.
What they really need is to know that they have your support and that you believe in them and know that they are powerful enough to find their own solutions. Just be the light. Be the guiding star.
