Summer is beginning to wind down and for many of us that will mean bundling up a bit and less swimsuit weather. It does not have to mean no more fun in the water though.
Swimming, playing, and exercising in the water is so good for us. It's not only fun, but easy on the joints, and you don't even notice when you work up a sweat...the water keeps you cool. So many of us will work out longer and better in a pool than on dry land.
And it's never too late to join a gym to have fun in an indoor pool. So even though we're heading towards fall, don't forget the water!
