Water, We Need It

One of the most common problems we have as we get older is dehydration. As our joints get rickety and we slip into being more sedentary, running to the bathroom frequently seems unappealing, so we simply drink less water. This is a truly bad habit.

Water not only lubricates our joints, but it keeps our blood from thickening and causing circulation problems, heart problems, breathing difficulty, pain in the legs and feet, swollen ankles, and memory issues, just to name a few benefits. Our bodies are mostly water, just like the rest of our planet. Embrace the water. Swim in it, drink it, luxuriate in it, play in it, BE it. Water is us, and we are Water.
