Michael has told us that all of us have triggers from past life experiences, good and bad. You can sometimes notice this in small children. Take a friendly puppy to a day care and some children will want to hug it in delight, while others run away screaming in fear, even though they've never seen a puppy this lifetime.

What can we do with this information? I'll give you an example. I had a very happy past lifetime as a coffee farmer. I loved my plants and enjoyed watching them bloom and produce their coffee cherries, I loved the smell of the beans drying and roasting, and still do to this day. The final product always makes me pause to relax and enjoy my day.

I don't drink a lot of coffee because I've gotten more sensitive to caffeine as I've matured, but I savor a cup or two daily. Recently, when I experienced a stressful, anxious week, Michael reminded me that coffee reminds me to wind down. Get some coffee cherries and beans and just put them in a bowl in your room and let the sight and smell relax you, I was told. It worked!

How do you know your positive triggers? It's easy. What always makes you relax and smile/ Keep some of that around next time you're stressed.
