Now that we are fully into spring and barreling towards summer, more and more delicious varieties of fresh produce are available at stores, farms, farmer's markets, or even delivered to your door. Take advantage of this abundance to clean out the winter sludge by taking a day this week to eat nothing but fruits and veggies to clean out your digestive system and give yourself plenty of energy for summer.
