Nettles

Stinging nettle is high in protein, calcium, magnesium, iron, selenium, zinc, potassium, boron, vitamins A, B, C, D, E, and K, bioflavonoids, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and chlorophyll.

Nettle has historically been used for gout, arthritis, skin disorders, anemia, allergies and asthma, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, sciatica, worms, weight reduction, and kidney stones.

It is particularly good for healing the bladder and prostate and is a good diuretic and laxative when made into a tea.
