You may think I'm on a melon kick right now, and you'd be right! I usually take a couple of days every summer to chow down on nothing but fresh, crunchy fruits and vegetables. It's a great way to do a little housecleaning of the whole digestive tract and enjoy the bountiful summer harvest. And, as you can see, there are numerous other health benefits.
