Mandalas
Mandala means "circle" in Sanskrit and according to Eastern religious beliefs is a spiritual and ritualistic representation of the Universe. When we draw or make a mandala like the one above, according to Michael we are reaching for Wholeness...an integration of our minds, bodies, and spirits embracing health and unity. Though traditional mandalas have four gates and a center point contained within a circle, mandalas have evolved to include circular patterns of many kinds. Making a mandala can be a support towards internal integration if you are feeling blue, stressed, depressed or disconnected and alone.
