In The Moment

This has been a very momentous holiday season for many of my friends and family; relationships and circumstances turning precipitously in new and unexpected directions. We can never know ahead of time exactly how each day of our lives is going to play out.

Each moment we live through is as ephemeral and fragile as a butterfly in winter. All we can do is appreciate the beauty in every single day, aiming for our goals; but rolling with reality as it shows up. breathe. Be here now.
