Fruit Water

One of the main problems we face in this very hot weather is dehydration. Did you know that your cells absorb more water into them if your body has tiny bits of food in the water to digest? This is why water with a squirt of citrus juice in it can seem so much more refreshing than plain water. We suggest making up some fruit water in the morning and keeping it in the fridge to keep pouring from all day. 8-12 glasses of water a day can keep you healthy and fit. Give fruit waters a try.
