Winter Walk

As the weather gets colder, we're all inclined to spend more time indoors by the fire; and generally, that's a fine idea. However, getting out into nature, especially near the water, is a great way to balance mind, body, and spirit. Take a walk near the lake, river, or ocean, and find your worries and anxieties drifting away.
