One With Nature

With the weather changing, it is a good practice to get out into that weather for at least 5-10 minutes a day. Feel the changes of temperature in your skin, smell the perfume of wet leaves, feel the bite of the wind in your breath, see the abundant colors, the fall berries and rose hips.

In the middle of all of the turmoil that we humans bring to the planet, the seasons continue to cycle around, bringing us inner balance if we attune ourselves to nature. Go ahead. Let go of stress and strain for just a few minutes and be one with the earth.
