Sometimes, especially on a Monday morning, life looks like a bit of a challenge. We wake up, look at our to-do list and sigh, "I don't wanna..." Rather than looking at life through that filter, a better way to wake up is to deliberately look at what there is to look forward to in your day. If there isn't anything, then plan something in. That way, you can begin the week in gratitude and happiness, rather then resistance. It can color your whole week in a more positive tone.
