It doesn't matter if it's a stream bubbling through a forest, a crackling campfire, a Mozart concert, or a Ferris wheel ride. What matters is that you feel peace, joy, and calm when you go there. The more you practice finding and experiencing this centering spot, the more detail you achieve, the more accustomed you will become to retreating there to recapture your balance when the world is whirling around you.
