Sleeping

Michael:  One of the most overlooked "miracle cures" of the 21st century is simply getting a healthy amount of sleep. Your body does its housekeeping each night when you sleep. It draws in twice the amount of oxygen to feed your cells during the 8 hours you sleep than the 16 hours you're awake. It cleans out and detoxifies your organs, cleanses your mucous membranes if you are hydrated, and thoroughly digests your food. It cleans your skin from the inside out and allows your hair and nails to grow. If you are still a child, your bones lengthen in your sleep.

Depression and anxiety are reduced by a decent night's sleep, as are stress and worry.
