Let it Go


Michael: In the rush of modern society, you can get so caught up in daily routine that you fail to notice that the constant push of adrenaline and consumption of energy drinks can be leading you into an anxiety disorder. If you spend most of your day fretting about your to-do list and much of your night tossing and turning, you are already on your way there, if not firmly in anxiety as a way of life.

It is imperative to let go of the strain and have moments of peace, calm, and clarity to stay in good health and internal harmony. Meditation, yoga, massage, steam bathing, swimming, and spending time in nature are some of the many ways to slow down and recover your balance. For 5 minutes today, just sit still and take your own internal measure. Are you laden with anxiety and stress? Pay attention.
